Duties:

·ProvidesIT support for vended and custom applications, including resolving highlycomplex issues, and assists with data security, redundancy, and support incollaboration with more senior technical staff.

·Conductsroot-cause analysis by researching hardware environment and softwareapplication and system problems, works with colleagues and customers to resolveissues, documents resolution, and communicates resolution with customer.

·Regularlyreviews applications and makes modifications and/or updates of a single systemapplication or basic software and their associated hardware at multiple Clientsites to ensure currency and functionality within the established environment.

·Contributesto the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of custom systemsoftware, and/or the installation and maintenance of purchased systemssoftware, as well as the configuration and support of hardware systems acrossClient.

·Producesand maintains documentation such as systems requirements, designs, resourceinventories and plans as requested.

·Interfacesroutinely with colleagues who may be located at any of the Client Grouppractices to perform job responsibilities requiring virtual collaboration andpartnership.

·Maybe required to provide 24/7 on-call support.

Scopeof Work:

·Createand manage Software and Process Documentation - helping in DPAM AI's efforts tomove and control it AI Development artifacts related to AI Enablement andValidation.

·Capableof creating ADO Test Plans and perform manual software testing (and laterautomation of same).

Requirements:

·AzureDevOps Testing workflows (Manual and Automated)

·DataVisualization using ADO Dashboards

·ADOEpic, Sprints, Backlog refinement, Reports

·ADOSprint Planning and Project Management

·Attentionto details and quality of deliverables is very important.

·Knowledgeof creating and delivering regulatory documents related to safety of AIassisted software systems is a plus.

·Minimumrequirement is High School Diploma; higher degree is preferred.

Preferred:

·Qualityworkflows in IT and/or healthcare domain

·Basicprogramming

·SaMD(Software as a Medical Device) test workflows

Education:

·MinimumEducation and/or Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree and training/experiencein technical development; OR, Associate’s degree and 5 years’ professionalexperience in technical development.
